how to combine from 3table become one table

help me please!!
my problems is I have 8 table which are table1,table2.table3,table4,table5,table6,table7 and table8. I want all of these table inside on the new table which is Parent table.
so what I means is Parent table is on the top of the table. then on the bottom of the Parent table have more child table with all the fields on it.
its more like parent and child table but i dont want to loose any of those field even one.
well..i hope that u guys understand what I'm wrote just now and I really hope that u guys can help me since that I got headache b'coz of this problem.
