Create Database Error

Hi all,

I was trying to create a database on mysql but i got this error

CREATE DATABASE myTest;
ERROR 1044: Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 'myTest'

I am using mySQL version 4.0.20a-nt.

any one could help me?
