I'm having this problem too....exact same one! I'm trying to work with my web hosting company to sort it, but to be honest neither of us really know what the problem is so it's proving difficult.
If I find out what the problem is and how to solve it I'll get back to you. I don't suppose you've found the answer already have you?!
