Primary Key with multiple fields

I have three columns:

Key Date & Time
First Touch Date & Time

Unfortunately several items might have the same Key Date & Time but no item would have the same Key Date & Time AND First Touch Date and Time. In essence I would like the combination of both these fields (without merging the column) to be my primary key.

Is this possible? How could I go about it?

I think what I would be looking for is a composite key but I don't understand how I would go about defining it. Thank you.
