If I understand your example, you are placing all the values into a single string that I then parse on the php side of things.
This is possible; however, I don't fully understand the precise syntax to use since you've abbreviated the example. I don't have the experience to understand what code is missing.
For example, the ... after select, is that my current query statement with all the joins, then append the concat afterwards?
Also, I don't understand the SEPERATOR ";"
