Copy MySQL Database to other PC

I'd just finished my system. Since the system is ready to use, my head of department need to change the CPU. So, my question is, how can i copy the file of mysql database to other pc. I don't wanna lose all the data inside.
(a) May I create the sharing file with another pc
(b) May I just copy the file to another pc?

Help me plz...
