What is the story of NAS and SAN file systems for Database?
Hi
Thank you for reading my post.
It was always a question for me that what is the "global file system", NAS and SAN relation with a database like MySQL.
For example: Do we have separate storage systems for big databases or we use normal hard disks that we have in our PC for storing the files?
do we use these NAS and SAN for databases or they are something else?
If you have any link which explains these stuff, please let me have it. thanks.
