Uninstall MySQL 5.1

make sure you delete the folder:

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL"

Then Re-install it.

This time don't enter any passwords OLD OR NEW. You can always enter them
later once you're familiar with MySQL.
