MySQL Forums :: Newbie :: How to backup/export and restore/import users?

Hi I'm a noob to MySQL and have the following question. I have figured out how to backup databases using mysqldump and to restore them on another machine using mysql. What I would also like to do is to be able to also backup the users along with all of their priviledges and db access on one machine and restore them on another. What is the best way to do this?
