need help restoring backup
here is what happend. My host screwd up and deleted my My_SQL files. fortunately I had just made a back up. I have since then switched hosts and need to get my database back up, but whenever I try uploading it with php my admin I get a timeout problem. I need to get the database up within 2 days but can't figure out any way to do it. any help that people more experienced with My_SQL and php My admin would be very much appreciated!
