Inserting search results into tables with header

I'm new to all this MySQL and PHP stuff and need help.
I have finally figured out how to create a MySQL database and to populate it with data. I also understand how to create the PHP code on my website to search the database and to display the results.
What I can not figure out is how do I have the data from the database displayed in a table format with a header and borders to seperate the columns and rows?
Sombody Please Help !!!
