InnoDB vs MyISAM

I have used MySQL with MyISAM tables with a few low volume and low importance web sites. I am about to set up a database for use in a small business with an MS Access front end. I was thinking that it would be more robust using InnoDB tables.

Are there any gothcas I should be aware of that might make me change my mind?
