MySQL DB in one file?

Hello,
i want to develop an application which is based on an MySQL database. I want to know if it possible to save an MySQL db in one file for example like an MS Access db which is saved in an *.mdb file.
I would like to know this because i want to deliver the db with my application in the future.
Or is there any other possibilty to achieve my goal?
