Need help with Normalization of data

I am in the process of creating a database for customer who wants a custom CRM product. One of the issues that I am looking at is the client/contact tables. In a nut shell each contact name can be attached to many business names and each business can have may contacts and multiple locations. So my question is what is the best linking table structure to use. No matter what I do I seem to either have too many tables or too much data replication. I would welcome a discussion on this subject or perhaps a pointer to a more approiate forum.
