MySQL novice
Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. I need to get a MySQL server running on MacOS X 10.3.9. I don't have much experience with MySQL or Unix other than what I have read on the web. I need to have MySQL up and running so I can install PHP, so that I can run Mambo. In theory this all sounds easy, but I can't even get MySQL to work properly. Any thoughts/comments/useful links would be appreciated. I just want to get the guts of this up and running, so I can concentrate on creating PHP database queries for a website. Thanks.
