The data is fake, at least the numbers, the categories and subcategories are what I want.

The date fields where created by the form software. I can change the to DATE/DATETIME if need be. The same is also true for the number of columns in the tables. The reason for the four tables is also the form software. I wanted to make the categories and subcategories so a user could create new ones.

My objective is to have an HTML table output that shows all the categories and subcategories for a date range selected regardless if there is budget or expenditure data - and then show the totals for each subcategory at the end of the row and the totals for each category and month at the end of each column.
