Manage MySQL instances

I am using the version 4.1.12a
Windows XP

In one customer I found the same version as mine and the ini file has

[mysqld]

port=3306

server-id = 1

basedir="C:/MySQL/"

datadir="C:/MySQL/Data/"

and the service is mysqld-nt

the question

I want to have the same service (mysqld-nt)
But different directory of my data

datadir="C:/MyData/Data/"

How can I do it in the configuration file??
