Specifying a range of values

Hello:

I was to curious as to whether it's possible to specify a range of valid values in an ENUM without having to specify each one individually. For instance, for a field that represents percentages, to allow only values between 0 and 100.

The CHECK clause of CREATE TABLE looked promising, until I saw that it was ignored by all tables.

thanks.
