Naming Convention Problems

there is a table which i wanted to name it CustomerContact....it has caps and small letters when i create the table...
create table CustomerContact(name varchar(255));
--> when i created this the CustomerContact appear in the show tables; area is all in small caps....

tables
-----------------
customercontact
-----------------
* y can't i make the names in caps ??
