Undo capability in MySQL

Hi, ultra n00b here. I've created some tables, and loaded data into them (from a .csv file). I have not backed anything up yet.

I just did one stupid UPDATE statement (forgetting to set id number, so it applied the change to all my records in the table). [insert your flames here]

Is there a way that I can just step back one step, to undo my UPDATE statement? I don't have any backups yet.

Thanks for your help. :)
