A Quick Question about MySQL Commercial Licenses

I have a few questions about MySQL Commercial Licenses.

I am creating a non-GRL software which I plan to market. This software will include MySQL as a bundled package. The MySQL Source Code wil be unaltered, and even if it was, it will still be distrubuted as the source to be built on client machines. From what I understand from the MySQL License Info, I don't need a commercial license to do this.

The question is though if my software uses MySQL as a backend. From what I understand from the MySQL License I need a Commercial License to do this (even though MySQL itself is still distributed as source/binary). But do I need to purchase a Commercial License FOR EACH copy of my software that I sell?

If someone could clarify the Commercial Licenses I would have to purchase for each situation I would greatly appreciate it.
