I type in http://localhost/mysql_up.php into my browser and I get the message,
"Warning: mysql_connect(): Host '24.19.201.5' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysql_up.php on line 10"

Where do I change the host connection parameter to localhost?
