I have solved this problem.

The way of solving-->

1. First you should run phpinfo(); method and the you can see "Configuration File (php.ini) Path " . Then you should open the file php.ini where there is a "Configuration File (php.ini) Path ".

2. After that you should change extention directory path and you shoul remove the front of semicolons(;) of ;extension=php_mysql.dll ;extension=php_mysqli.dll files.

3. Next save again and and your web server should be restarted and run your php file,absolutely it will be running without above error.
