There are Lookup.LuIDs up to 143. The first example I posted used a value of 114 (third value in the SQL INSERT command). This was successful, as are any other INSERT SQLs where the value is 114 or smaller.

The second example uses a value of 115 and fails, as does any other attempt with values 115-143 (that all exist in the Lookup table).

Am I missing your point?
