Difficulty framing a JOIN statement

Sorry, hardly a new topic, but I can't find an answer.

Four tables:
Shows (showId, showName....)
People (personId, personName...)
Roles(roleNo,role)
PeopleInShows (showId,personId,roleNo)

I want a list of all performers and their roles in a specified show. I don't want just the performers in that show, I also want those who have no role so far.
Thanks
