Not sure where to start
First I want to apologize, I am very new to this (maybe 8 hours) and I am seeing different information, and well to be honest I am not sure if I am even searching on the right terms.
I have a MySql database that I don't think I have any backup's for (Will be adding this to the fix list). We lost the server, but were able to recover it. From my research I have been able to find the .frm, .mdy, and the index files. it looks like I can readdress the database if I have those files. I am just not seeing how to do it.
Is there someone willing to help me around some really dumb questions and help point me in the right direction? I am not even sure what information to post. I am a SQL Server DBA, so I have database knowledge, but some of it is not translating as well as I would like it to.
