Remote MySQL Connection

I have a (local) network with the follow settings:

1 master (192.168.1.101)
4 slaves (192.168.1.102, 192.168.1.103, 192.168.1.104, 192.168.1.105)

This works fine but the database on the master should be available from outside through the internet

How can i do this?
