Need a SIMPLE and COMPLETE Backup Tool

I have a WordPress web site that uses MySQL database running on Windows Server 2008 R2 and IIS 7.x.

I need a SIMPLE and COMPLETE backup tool for my MySQL database. That means NOT a tool that requires command line parameters, but a graphical tool: one that will completely backup my database and completely restore my database simply.

So far the "tools" that have been recommended were far too complex, needed far too much manual data, or were simply not good. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for over a year. Each time I pursue it, I go away shaking my head in disbelief that there is not a high level tool that does not require much knowlege from the user. I just want to be able to easily backup and restore the database. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
