Dear Peter,
I want to count the number of time that each customer is contacted with. for example id 1 has been contacted twice, id 2 has been contacted 5 times, etc. but based on the database administrator we do not have the contact status column in the database and the one im using is the last date the customer has been contacted with, which would be 1 because it is only the last day. so i guess my query would have been fine if i just put the contact status instead of last_contact_date
