How Do I stop MySQL From Hanging my software

Hello
AM built a software using MySQL. The software works fine but after a working for lobg time the mySQL will refused to release any data until you close the software and open it again or restart the system.

If I call any dataset, it will return empty resultset though the querry contains data,I thought it is computer I went and bought server but still same but the moment I close the software open it again it will start connecting and working fine till....

I have done almost everything I saw on the line but it fails.

This is system is being used in a supermaket.
