inserting duplicate primary key successfully?

Table + Data = http://pastebin.com/BKAx97ef
Insert = http://pastebin.com/gdbpPKAc

the problem is, that I am able to insert another account with login "user", while it should be primary key (with id and email being primary key too), any solutions?
