If there is a cofict relation between keys values with respect of attributes and entities then do the normalization. Because there is not a separete entity relationship with entity tuples values.
I am agree with rick james comment. follow his comment and other who will suggest to do normalization.
Your Data is in denormalized way there is many dependencies to a particular table value.
