Slave "skip" relay-bin command randomly

We have problem with slave failed to update its table randomly. We can see the command in slave's relay log, but it did not get execute, and the DB table has not been updated; and there is no error message.
It seems that the slave just skipped a command from relay-bin randomly. Is there any log that I can enable to show relay-bin transactions details ? or any way of getting more information for debug this replication issue ?
