I can't attach a screenshot here.
(Unless mySQL.com forum has also made a riddle from the task of posting file attachments.)
It says :
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click on OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'mysql-installer-web-community-5.6.12.msi' in the box below. "
Below the text is a file path box and a browse button.
