query time difference with profiler

Hi there,
I have a query entry in slow log with following information.
# Query_time: 103.638352 Lock_time: 0.000538 Rows_sent: 25 Rows_examined: 284685651
When I do profiling for this query the time profiling gives is as below.
Total 0.150181
I am not sure what I am missing here to know what part actually took that much time and why is that difference.
