MySQL Not Auto-Starting on Yosemite Reboot

Hello,
Ever since upgrading to Yoeemite, I have found that MySQL no longer starts automatiicaly in System Preferences widget. I have to manually start it, which works OK.
I've researched this issue and found a plist file that supposedly fixes the issue. However, when trying to submit the plist file to the launch deamon, it says it's invalid. I'm therefore reluctant to do much with a "plist-found-on-the-internet" that could possibly make things worse.
Does anyone know how to fix this MySQL not auto-starting under Yosemite? I was hoping there would be a fix from Oracle on this soon.
Any suggestions or workaround would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
- m
