Hello,

I requesting help with the SSL Certificate installation. I am setting encryption and SSL certificate on my MySQL server. I am testing it on a Windows 2012r2 server and I am using OpenSSL v1.01j. I set everything up and tried to connect to the server using Workbench and an account requiring SSL only. I get an error message saying Failed to Connect to MySQL at localhost:3306 with user X. SSL connection error: protocol version mismatch. How can I setup the certificate on the MySQL. After the test I want to use certificate like VeriSign.

I am having a hard time with the common name concept. I and the ca-cert and different common name from the server and client keys. Thank you.
