Converting RTF files to SQL

Greetings! I am having an issue here. I'm not extremely familiar with databases but I have some working knowledge of them and I also have working knowledge in using Dreamweaver to create websites... anyway... I am working for a man who's computer programmer died and now i am left trying to make sense out of some of the stuff he was working on. He created a database for a website that is no longer operational because they let the hosting account expire for months. So i'm looking for the backup file on the computer and see that he has saved it as an RTF file. It's a pretty big file. Now I need to take all of that info and code and make it SQL so i can upload it to the database. How the heck can I do this?

Thanks
