Install backup

I am trying to install a backup sql file using "BigDump". I know very little about MySql or any programing for that matter. I suspected something was wrong with the file before I backed it up but did not know where to look.
While installing the backup I keep getting an error: "Error at the line 156: (154, 'Group: Tan Lines or No Tan Lines', 343070, 1);" The bottom lines of the file before it stops reads: "(154, 'Group: Tan Lines or No Tan Lines', 343070, 1)

MySQL: Duplicate entry '148' for key 'PRIMARY'"

I know there are many more lines than (156). Can someone please tell what is going on? What more information do you need to help me with this?
