Hi


I copied City.MYD,City.MYi and city.frm files from my local computer and past in mysql data diectory,after that I restart mysql server.

however I only able to read city table ,once I tried to update one of record there is error message mention "ERROR 1036 (HY000): Table 'city' is read only"


menawhile I execute grant command to give permission to update the table to root user,however still I received same error message.
