"Mysql" is the name of the MySQL client program, not MySQL server.

Did you install MySQL fabric, or MySQL server?

If just the former, you still need to install the server.

If the server is installed and the the MySQL bin folder has not been added to the system path, do so as described at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-windows-excerpt/5.6/en/mysql-installation-windows-path.html.
