#1045 is access denied Error in MySql. You should have to do one thing, just go to control panel and uninstall MySql from ther and then delete all the related files and comlete folders from your main directory, as C:/ directory and then reinstall MySql to avoid the above error. Hopefully you will successfully run this time.
