One Client needs to read several Databases created by other machines

So
Here is my problem
I have a client that wants me to create a backup of all of the MySQL databases that run on his 7 different laptops. These laptops all run the same call logging software.
He wants to then back these up and then be able to read and search all of the call logs on a single central desktop.
The backing up part I have managed. The concat or whatever I cant get my head around.

Can anyone help please.
