Sync tables in 20 databases

Hello,

I have a classified website with 20 languages and now I have to separate it to 20 subdomains - each language its own and for some reason, I can't have them all using the same database.

So I have 20 databases from which I would need to sync tables with users and items, so an ad would be seen on all websites, no matter on which it was placed. And this should be done automatically every hour or so.

Now to my question, does anyone how if this is even possible and can someone tell me where to find some tutorials or similar guides, so I can try to achieve this?
