In the sense of MI5, the CIA &c? That'll mean you can't post excerpts of table design &c.

One solution would be to maintain an original in-house DB in a language of your choice, create a translation module that updates language-specific versions of the DB, also in-house, then either replicate each of those language-specific DBs in turn to its own server, or write PHP or Perl scripts to do the same.
