Hi Rick,

This is indeed true - it's requiring effort that I'm happy to put in. Could you suggest some good resources?

The functionality I created to save and execute systems which covers a number of tables and views that leverages the relational nature a database can offer over Excel. LEFT, RIGHT, UNION, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, HAVING......all covered.

When I came to my current problem I was certain there was a way to execute I just couldn't work out the correct terminology to ask for help with the right function that would address the issue, hence spelling it out as plainly as I could.

I've read up about CROSS JOINS but I don't think that's what I am after - happy to be corrected if my subsequent explanation has helped better explain what I am attempting to do.

With the knowledge I have, I'm finding it hard to discover the right way to search for what it is I am after. Hope that makes sense.
