Why is a command prompt window opening by itself ?

At some interval that I'm not able to determine, a command prompt window opens on my Windows 7 system. It is hard to catch it before it closes and all I've been able to read is something like "...is running in community..."
Is this some sort of auto update feature?
If so, how do I disable it - I don't want mySQL doing auto updates. I will take care of keeping it up to date.
If this is not an auto update feature, what is it?
