Peter, that is a good idea, but when I tried it I found Task Manager simply freezes along with everything else. That is consistent with the fact that I am unable to open Task Manager if it is not already open. I wonder if if a higher priority can given to Task Manager or a similar tool. I also wonder if MySQL is trying to write a log or some other output that is not set up properly.
