error "Table does not exist" but frm files are still available

Hello,

I changed the password of root user and after that not able to query tables from few databases. frm files still available, can see list of tables on the left side of phpmyadmin, but not on the right side and even not able to query.

Tried to make a new database and replaced the frm file, but that also didnt work. Have very important data in the tables, how do i recover the same, plz help
