I guess your question is one for Delphi then. One you've retrieved the data rows from MySQL, it's up to your client app what it does with the data.
There is a Delphi forum on MySQL forums, but it's not high traffic. The last post was April 2015.
You might be better at a specific Delphi forum.
There's on at
http://forums.devshed.com/delphi-programming-90/ that seems to have a bit of traffic.
